The completion of Eldridge Court will be the latest milestone in the Hillington Square regeneration project, following on from the finished work on Colby Court, Millfleet Court and Valentine Place, and will see over 200 of the original 320 homes now finished.

Eldridge Court, which contains a number of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes, will see some of the new tenants move back in at the beginning of April.

Chief Executive of Freebridge, Tony Hall said: “We continue to be hugely proud of the work that’s been completed at Hillington Square, it’s going to be fantastic to see tenants and families moving back into their new homes.”

Eldridge Court has been named in honour of Jack Albert D Eldridge, a decorated World War II veteran, who passed away in 2000 and whose family has ties to Hillington Square.
